How do you wash/clean soft-toys ?

How do you wash/clean soft-toys. You know, the one like teddy-bear etc. Thanks !

1. warm water, on the gentle cycle, some i dry some i dont depends on its fur
2. I actually KNOW this - hand wash in something gentle (Woollite, etc.) and then tumble dry on the dryer on VERY low heat
3. read the tag
4. Put them inside a pillow case and wash them on the gentle cycle
5. Put them in washer on delicate cycle; then put them in dryer on air dry, or set them out side in a semi shady area on table and let dry.
6. damp cloth then gentle SCRUB ^_^
7. warm water with a detergent
8. stick it in a pillowcase and stick it in the washer....gentle cycle. Stick it in the dryer, less heat, more dry!
