Any idea how I stop my Jack Russell humping all his soft toys?

4. Get him neutered - he might calm down a bit.
5. Get a girl dog or take all the toys away and give him hard toys so he wont like it

10. I have a Jack Russell pup. My vet has recommended getting him neutered at 6 months because, in her words they are "Randy little buggers!"
11. Well, better his soft toys than your leg. Is he neutered? That's the only thing my Vet could suggest for my chihuahua but I haven't done it yet so can't say if it'll work or not.

15. Lol, my miniature poodle did this! Even having him neutered didn't help, he still did it. It was really embarrassing when we went to visit a friend with a young daughter and Lifi (my poodle) picked up one of her teddies in his mouth, carried it into the middle of the floor and proceeded to hump it! The little girl was like "umm, whats Lifi doing to my teddy, daddy?" "oh, er, um . . .he's giving your teddy a cuddle, darling" LOL! He never did grow out of it. (Sadly lost my Lifi to a heart attack in 2004 and still miss him . . .)
16. My Jack Russell was neutered and lived till 15 and still humped things. We have a female Jack Russell cross Pomeranian now and she is a spayed bitch and she humps her blanket all the time - I would love to know how to stop it too!
17. If you wanna be nice get him pregnant with a girll dog :) If you wanna be nasty i suggest the snip. Its all natural he just wants to mate
